About the practice

Most yoga teaching separates the body from the evidence about the body. I do not. My practice integrates what research tells us about fascia, the nervous system, connective tissue, and the stress response, with the lived intelligence of Traditional Chinese Medicine and years of scientific training in human physiology.

I have practised yoga for six years and I am a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT-200), with an additional 50-hour specialisation in Yin Yoga, a path I undertook not to add a credential, but because the practice demanded to be understood at the same depth I bring to everything else.

The result is a practice that is precise without being clinical, demanding without being aggressive, and grounded in the biology of how we actually recover.

I teach because I believe that understanding your body makes you safer inside it.

What I teach

Three practices, one foundation

Hatha

Foundational alignment and breath. Slower pacing, longer holds. For building structural awareness and nervous system regulation.

Vinyasa

Dynamic sequences that integrate breath and movement. For strength, mobility, and presence under load.

Yin

Long-held passive postures targeting connective tissue and the meridian system. For deep release, recovery, and parasympathetic activation.
